Job Title: PMO Analyst (Contract - 6 Months)
Location: Bristol - Hybrid (3 days a week in office)
About Us: We are looking for a skilled PMO Analyst to join our technology program team on a 6-month contract. This hybrid role offers flexibility and a chance to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource Planning: Manage ESN Programme resource forecasting and planning, aligning with BT and Home Office timelines.
- Contractor Management: Oversee recruitment and release of project contractors.
- Meeting Coordination: Chair weekly ESN Resourcing Board meetings and follow up on actions.
- Request Handling: Raise and manage contractor requests and extensions with necessary approvals.
Skills Required:
- Forecasting & Reporting: Expertise in resource forecasting and reporting.
- Process Improvement: Adhere to and improve internal governance processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in data analysis and presentation.
- SAP Experience: Experience with SAP is a must.
Top 3 Must-Haves:
- Experience as a PMO Specialist or Resource Analyst in tech.
- Strong data analysis and forecasting skills.
- Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
