About the role - Behaviour Mentor - Croydon

• Delviering workshops and mentoring sessions for students who have social, emotion and mental health and challenging behaviour
• Provide learning materials which support with students needs
• Work one to one or in small groups with those who require extra support
• Communicate with the behaviour teem about any observations made with your key children
• Support in interventions for students who struggle to be inside the classroom
• Create a safe environment for students
