Credit Control Manager

White Horse Employment are exclusively partnering with a thriving manufacturing company based in the West of Wiltshire to aid their search for a Credit Control Manager. This private-equity backed business are a leader within their industry and form part of a larger, national group.
Within this role you directly manage a team of 2 credit controllers as well as look after the bigger accounts within the business. You will be responsible for the end-to-end credit process from negotiating credit terms to running reports at month-end all while building relationships with the customers.
A day-to-day will include:
- Set clear objectives for the credit control team and give guidance.
- Negotiate credit terms and payment plans with customers.
- Ensure the system is kept up-to-date and compliant with any legislation/regulation.
- Review the aged debtors report and analyse the movements.
- Identify ways to improve the efficiency of the finance function.
We are looking for someone supervisory experience within credit control who is able build strong relationships with customers to ensure any outstanding debt is paid.
