Maintenance Electrician - Central Manchester

We are recruiting for a static maintenance electrician to work on a commercial site in City Centre, Manchester providing building services and plant room maintenance. The is a temporary role for circa 6 weeks, immediate start paying £22 - £25ph depending on pay method. Mon-Fri 40 hours per week

Maintenance Electrician Duties & Responsibilities
Completing building services / electrical maintenance across commercial facilities.
To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems
To cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.
To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements
To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service
Work on AHU's, fans coils and general HVAC plant room
Mechanical and fabric tasks where required
Compliance checks
Small works projects
Provide guidance on compliance and scheduling of checks plus visibility of compliance records
Skills & Background Required
Recognised professional engineering qualification, Level 3
Ideally electrical engineering / Qualified Electrician
Multiskilled background, ideally to have experience on general HVAC plant including AHU's, fan coils etc.
18th edition
Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment
Must be presentable, articulate with a sound understanding of compliance and PPM paperwork and records
Familiar with Facilities Management Sector
