We are working on an exciting opportunity for a Fully Qualified Accountant (with French accountancy knowledge and skills) to join a leading law firm in London on a full-time and permanent basis.

Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager with all finance-related duties, including management of the firm’s French Business Accounts.

Outline of duties would be:

• Dealing with accounts returns.
• Assisting with financial projects.
• Preparing reports and annual accounts for review, advising where required.
• Analysing ledgers for taxation and general review.
• Effectively handling queries from relevant parties.
• Performing reconciliation work to assist the finance team.

What are the requirements for this role? For this role, you will need strong management accounts skills, with a speciality in dealing with French accountancy matters. Additionally, you will need to be a fully qualified Accountant with a recognised qualification e.g. CIMA, ACCA, or ACA . A French-recognised Accountancy qualification would be an advantage, but this is not essential.
