O.T Squared are a leading construction recruitment agency specialising in the supply of construction professionals nationally to the commercial, retail and industrial sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Site Manager to oversee an upcoming project for one of our long-standing clients.

Job Description: As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all on-site activities to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on site, including subcontractors, suppliers, and staff. - Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and implement best practices to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. Manage site documentation, including reports, schedules, and project plans. Liaise with the project manager, clients, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Track project progress and report on milestones, risks, and any potential delays.

Qualifications and Experience:  Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials. Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and risk management. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. - Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools. - Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are highly desirable. - A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
