Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer - Manchester - Salary up to £38,000

CBW have a new opportunity for a maintenance electrician with a multi skilled background to join a leading facilities provider. Covering commercial contracts on a mobile basis throughout the Manchester area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out reactive repairs on all systems as required
  • Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all electrical 
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Maintain and update Logbooks
  • Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes
  • Repair and servicing of electrical equipment, PPM & reactive.
  • Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance
Person Specification:

  • Previously worked within a maintenance environment
  • Experience of electrical systems management and paperwork
  • Experience of working with business critical equipment
  • Post apprenticeship experience within a maintenance environment
  • Recognized Electrical Qualification
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition in Electrical Installations
  • City & Guilds Test and Inspection
Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary between £36,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)

  • Van & fuel card supplied

  • Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

  • Participation in an ‘out of hours’ on call rota (to be confirmed)
