From this continued success they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to allow them to continue their exciting growth plans.

Our client are an ambitious, innovative company with a growing reputation within the asset finance market, looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience.

Role responsibilities;

  • Resolve customer queries over the phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate agreement records within their bespoke administration system.
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of core leasing products and services in asset finance.
  • Provide support to customers regarding future and past transactions on their agreement.
  • Responsible for the correct collection of customer payments
  • Manage any incoming payments to customer accounts and administer customer refunds.

Key skills required;

  • Customer Service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT Literate - Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous administration experience within Financial Services industry would be beneficial.
