We are seeking a Waste Operative to join a team in managing waste disposal and recycling operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintain cleanliness and sustainability within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Sorting waste on site and identifying recyclables
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during waste handling
- Assisting members of the public with sorting waste as required
- Maintain cleanliness of waste collection areas
- Assist in general cleaning duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in waste management is desirable
- Strong attention to detail in waste sorting and disposal
- Good communication skills to liaise with team members
