Job Title: Community Psychiatric Nurse – Adult Mental Health Team
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to work with the Adult Mental Health Team based in Richmond, London. This role offers hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities

You will provide mental health assessments, care planning, and interventions for adults with a range of mental health needs within the community.

Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated care, ensuring seamless support for patients.

The role involves a combination of community-based work and remote working.
Position Details:
- Location: Richmond, London (Hybrid working)
- Work Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
- Umbrella Rate: £30.84 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
- Experience working in community psychiatric roles
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
