The company

My client are a highly regarded food manufacturing PLC. The business operates across the UK from several, well invested manufacturing facilities, delivering a fantastic range of premium products.

As part of their continued growth, they now seek to appoint a Health Safety & Environmental Manager at their site based in Lincolnshire.

The role

Reporting to the Site Director you will be responsible for leading the HSE team to promote and deliver the group HSE policies and strategies to the site.

You will be the driver of a safety culture to create a workplace free of risk to health and wellbeing.

The person

Our ideal candidate will have a strong health and safety background, you will be a hands on enthusiastic professional person that is great with people, lives and breathes HSE, is tenacious and can work in a fast paced environment. Previous experience in a food manufacturing business would be advantageous.
