Salary: £29000-£36000 (dependent on experience)

My client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Architectural Technician to join their RIBA-chartered practice based in Slough. This welcoming team is dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality designs for every project, and has built a strong reputation across the UK, reflected in a broad base of repeat clients.

The ideal Architectural technician will possess solid UK-based experience and a strong understanding of current UK building regulations. Excellent communication skills, along with a positive and proactive mindset, are essential. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is also required.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Sufficient UK based experience, post qualification
  • Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Able to demonstrate the CIAT standards
  • Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Care sector experience is beneficial
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Confident working independently or as part of a team
  • Liaise with clients to provide tailormade designs
  • Liaise with contractors whilst visiting sites
  • Live locally to Slough
  • Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
