At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Production Operative to work with an important company in the Luton LU2 9NY area. THG David Berryman is a leading nutrition brand, delivering a range of quality products including drinks, vitamins and minerals, high-protein foods, snack alternatives.

Great transport links - 100 bus every 30 mins from Luton center and A line bus every 10 mins. Airport free bus also available with walk from airport.

Shift Patterns:

Fixed Monday to Thursday

• Working Hours: 07:00 - 19:00 day shift
• 4 days - 12 hours shifts
• 1x 45 minute paid break
• 2 x 15 minute unpaid breaks

Pay Rates:

• £12.00 phr
• Overtime: 1.5 x basic pay rate after 48 hours worked in one week

Location: Unit B, New Orchard Estate, Airport Executive Park, Luton LU2 9NY

As a Production Operative you will need to have:

• Interest to learn new skills and processes as full training will be provided.
• Communication and numeracy skills - a good level of English is required.
• Good attention to details.
• Excellent timekeeping and high performance.
• This is a full-time role; you must have full-time Right to Work permitted.

Role of a Production Operative:

• Working within a busy/fast paced environment which requires a high level of dexterity and accuracy.
• Manual weighing out of ingredients of bags up to 25kg - following a recipe.
• Quality checking and reporting results
• Working to a schedule as part of a team
• Clean-down the station between batches and allergens
• Checking of batches & quantities
• Checking documentation to ensure products are packed in line with specification.
• Complete all health and safety checks and actions in line with company procedure.
