HR Business Partners job based in Stratford-Upon-Avon 12 months

Your new company
You will be working for a major corporate client based in Stratford. The company is highly respected and is an employer of choice in the local area. Due to a secondment they are looking for someone to join them on a 12 month fixed term basis

Your new role
You will be responsible for a number of business areas in the company and will get involved in change projects, retention, benchmarking, senior hire and generally supporting the business managers.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have CIPD level 5 or equivalent and have worked previously in a business partner role.
