LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Waterloo, SE1

Salary:  OTE £60k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join an international Estate & Property Management company with successful offices in Central London.

You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for lettings residential property to be a part of this highly energetic, busy team with a determined attitude.

You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered. You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable, well-spoken and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment.

This is a role for a candidate who is more interested in being busy and earning opportunities than a “work / life balance”

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Extensive experience in residential lettings
• Excellent sales ability
• Experience in the London market
• High level of customer service skills
• Fantastic telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
