Mechanical Supervisor- Nights

We are working with a well respected M&E contractor with a strong presence across sectors who are looking for a mechanical supervisor to join their London business unit to work a night shift on a notable commercial upgrade scheme near Liverpool Street station, central London on which they are acting as principal contractor.
The project is operating on a 24 hour basis, taking over from the daytime project manager and superviosr, your typical shift will be 19:00-04:00 with responsibility for managing a team of 5 mechaical operatives and a small team of subcontractors to successfully carry out upgrade and fit out works across the complex.
Be able to fully understand all mechanical requirements inclusive of commissioning requirements and interfaces with existing equipment and processes • Authorising and reviewing all RAMS for mechanical installations works • Supervisory works of Mechanical subcontractors and works ensuring H&S regulations are followed • Ensuring that all works are in line with relevant standards • Maintain the snagging list and progress the completion of all snags assigned • Ensure any programme updates are included within the main contract programme and involvement within regular commissioning meetings are held • Support operation and maintenance activities until plant takeover.
The contract is ongoing with sign off to pay an attractive rate with a company who have a long term busy order book across sectors.
