Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

Salary: Dependant on experience + bonus scheme

As a Helpdesk Manager you will lead a dedicated team responsible for managing client enquiries and coordinating service delivery. Your role will involve liaising between our operational teams and clients, ensuring efficient handling of ad hoc job requests and maximizing sales opportunities. This position is crucial in supporting our growth strategy by driving additional sales through proactive client engagement and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Helpdesk team to ensure exceptional performance in managing client enquiries and service delivery.
  • Coordinate the prompt and effective delivery of ad hoc jobs, liaising with internal teams and subcontractors to meet client specifications and deadlines.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities from site inspection reports and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and Contract Managers to generate new business and expand existing client relationships.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer communication, handling complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in team management within customer-facing or sales roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of proposing and closing sales.
  • Experience using CAFM systems such as elogbooks, Verisae, or Bellrock would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with a collaborative and proactive in driving initiatives and taking responsibility.
