Showroom Host

We are seeking a motivated and well-presented individual with excellent communication and relationship building skills to join the team as a Showroom Host which is located at Chelsea Harbour.
- Location: Chelsea Harbour
- Working Hours: 9:30AM - 5.30pm
- Salary - £30k - £40k (depending on experience)
As the Showroom Host, you will be responsible for:
- Answering client's telephone and email enquiries, producing quotations and processing orders
- Offering expert advice on companies' collection
- Updating the CRM system with business-critical information about contact with each trade account.
- Offering follow ups using the CRM system
- Hosting showroom visitors, maintaining the showroom in immaculate condition
- Running the sampling process
- Creation of content for social media, especially at events
- Co-ordinating with our workshop team to ensure excellent client communication post sales
- Supporting business development activities
The successful Showroom Host will have the following related skills / experience:
- An interest in interior design would be highly beneficial
- Outstanding communication skills
- Sales / hosting experience within the interior design industry would be desirable
- Motivated and driven
- Proactive and client focused
