Our client is looking for a Showroom Host/Sales Administrator fortheir dealership in Heathrow. You'll be the friendly face greeting customers, maintaining showroom standards, and ensuring all administrative tasks run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating a welcoming environment in the showroom
- Managing incoming calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments
- Supporting various administrative functions across departments to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handling messages and ensure all customer needs are met promptly
- Offering hospitality to waiting customers and maintain showroom cleanliness
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance
The package:
Salary - £26,000 generous holiday allowance and benefits package
Monday to Friday - Full-time (40 hours per week)
