Sales Administrator required for a new, permanent role in the Spennymoor area.  This is full-time with an early finish on a Friday.

The Role
Working for an expanding, family run business, you will be part of the team responsible for producing accurate quotes for contracts of varying size and value.  Duties will include:

Liaising effectively with internal colleagues and customers - both face to face and via phone/email;
Updating customers with regards to orders and delivery schedules;
Following training, providing technical advice and supporting customers with other queries.

Working hours are 8.30 - 5.00 Mon to Thurs and 8.30 - 2.30 Friday.

The Person
Applicants will have a professional, adaptable attitude and a willingness to learn, develop and take on new tasks as required.
With polished customer care skills, they must be able confident in dealing with customers, occasionally under fraught circumstances.
Able to work well under pressure, they must also have excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills to enable all tasks to be completed in a timely and organised manner.
Good attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and tasks through to completion.
Strong IT skills are essential.

Remuneration
£25,000 per annum.
