Apprentice Administrator – Gateshead

Our friendly, highly experienced business support team are looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join their team in Gateshead.
As Apprentice Administrator, you will be providing administration support for the region and assisting the Business Support Manager. There’ll be lots of phone calls to tend to; dealing with clients, new business enquiries and our own account managers will all be calling about different things so you will need to complete the relevant actions for each person.
No experience is necessary as during this apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills, and behaviours to become an amazing Administrator.

As Apprentice Administrator you’ll be responsible for:
- Effectively work as part of the administration team to assist in the operations for the region.
- Completing weekly & monthly reports within deadlines set in line with the business requirements.
- Dealing with post and deliveries, ordering stationary
- Support the team with individual project work and demonstrate initiative.
- Ensuring actions & information requests are followed up appropriately.
- Creating presentations on behalf of management team.
- Supporting the Business Support team with department queries and administrative tasks
As Apprentice Administrator you’ll have:
- Good attributes to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail & organisational skills with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicting demands and work at all levels across a diverse organisation
- Basic level of Microsoft Office
