About the role:

We are excited to announce an opening for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, long-term position with a competitive salary of £100 – £120 per day. The role has become available due to a new addition to our team, reflecting our commitment to providing the best support for our students.

As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting both KS1 and KS2 classes, working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education. You will have the opportunity to work with small groups of students, providing targeted support to enhance their learning experience. Our class sizes are designed to ensure individual attention, with an average of 25 students per class.

Application Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent.

• Previous experience working in a primary school setting.

• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons.

• Lead small group sessions and provide one-on-one support to students.

• Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for SEN students.

• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
