We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate and target focused E-commerce Marketing Manager. This is a key role within the E-commerce team and you will be responsible for promoting and supporting business growth by building on existing and new territories, channels and catalogues across Europe.

This is not your traditional marketing position. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on data and analytical insights, with measurable results taking centre stage. If you thrive on turning data into actionable marketing strategies, this role is for you!

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver an area-focused marketing strategy which will be aligned to sales targets and customer growth
• Maximise sales and improve conversion rates across all digital platforms
• Create cohesive and effective marketing initiatives which will support business goals
• Set and manage KPI's which keep stakeholders motivated and meet organisational targets
• Utilise data analytics tools to measure and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives.
• You will be required to travel often in this role

The successful candidate will have demonstrable leadership experience gained within multinational organisations. The role requires strong knowledge and experience around brand growth and successful E-commerce performance.

Who You'll be:

• Posses previous E-Commerce experience
• Knowledge and experience of paid ad channels
• Have strong E-Commerce system knowledge
• Have previous experience of successfully launching a brand in a new territory within Europe
• Have exceptional standards and motivate your team to cultivate a culture of success
• Strong IT and analytical skills
