We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, highly organised and target focused E-commerce Fulfilment Manager. This is a key role within the Operations team and you will promote and support business growth across Europe through the opening and supervision of new sites. You will be responsible for managing fulfilment operations, inventory, quality control and delivery.

This role will involve utilising IT to optimise fulfilment operations. Previous experience in IT and E-commerce systems is essential, as it's a key element of the role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive forward and maintain an excellent standard of customer experience and feedback.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled quickly, accurately and cost-effective
• Set and manage KPI's which keep stakeholders motivated and meet business goals
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure SLA's are met
• Deliver and manage e-commerce systems and promote automation in all areas of operations
• Manage Stock control to an exceptional level
• Make your decisions based on data and be able to identify areas of improvement or achievement
• European Travel will be required in this role

The successful candidate will have demonstrable leadership experience gained within multinational organisations. The role requires strong knowledge and experience around Brand growth and fulfilment operations.
